Seed Kitchen & Bar
Celebrated chef Doug Turbush sought to emulate a contemporary farm-to-table concept at Seed. The design is light, bright, and open. The chef's table invites six guests into his kitchen each evening while custom artwork was created with a mosaic of the chef's photos to share his international travels and food studies. At first glance it creates the moment a dandelion spreads it seeds but upon closer look, a peek into Chef's life is shared.
